Basic Zone Seat Back Assembly, No Pad

This seat back assembly is best used to replace the underlying seat back structure. It is assumed you will re-use your original seat back cover. See Zone Seat Instructions.

Use this part as a replacement for a missing or broken Zone seat back assembly found in Perception and Dagger sit-in-side kayaks, outfitted with Zone seating, circa 2006 and later. (Not a fit for Zone DLX with a pull strap.) Also found on 2008 Wilderness Systems Tarpon kayaks and some Mad River canoes as part of the CSS Seat System. This seat back structure can be covered with the Zone Seat Back Cover or the CSS seat back pad if necessary. The Zone Seat Back Assembly can be used to retrofit some kayaks outfitted with the Zone EXP Seating System (with back band) into standard Zone Seating System. (The Zone Spine snaps into a molded cavity on the seat base.)

Parts included: seat back frame (1483003 – 18500549), the Zone Butterfly Clip and the Zone Backrest Spine. Web strap and pull tabs are not be included.
