The Ergo Seat is simple to install and retrofit to many sea kayaks. Fasten seat with two or four screws. The seat includes fastening points for the Kajak Sport deluxe backrest, suitable for other back bands too. This seat is not recommended for wide recreational sit-in-side kayaks. Sea Kayaker magazine is quoted as saying: Remarkably comfortable and Very comfortable, in its review(s) of the Kajak Sport Ergo Seat (and Kajak Sport sea kayaks). Mounting hardware is included. A BackBand is not included. A Kajak Sport Back Band is recommended.

Kajak Sport Ergo Seat is available in three sizes.

Small: 17 3/4 inches wide, 17 inches front to back, 7 7/8 inches high.
(Seat Post OC 16.5 in.) part number 601110.

Medium: 18 1/4 inches wide, 17 1/2 inches front to back, 7 3/4 inches high.
(Seat Post OC 17.25 in.) part number 601111.

Large: 19 3/4 inches wide, 18 inches front to back, 7 3/4 inches high.
(Seat Post OC 18.25 in.) part number 601112.

Try to closely match the Seat Post OC (on center) dimension above, to your seat screw spacing, or available space on each side of the cockpit coaming. Ideally your seat screw measurement, from right side to left side, will match the Seat Post OC dimension. SEAASSY
