Best used as a replacement back assembly for the ACS 2.0 Seat, common on the modern Loon series. Should be fully compatible with blue color Necky seats too. This seat part is not compatible with the original ACS seat.
Old Town part number 01.1315.3654. Comes with adjustment knob and straps, strap guides as well as the hinge spring hardware.
Approximately 15 inches wide, 11 inches tall NOT including the stem that joins the back to the bottom.
