More Secure! The 241L Combination Side or Deck Lock Down Mount can be mounted on the top deck or the side of the boat. Fits all Scotty post mount rod holders. To use the new Scotty Lock-Down mount system simply choose the best direction to fish from and insert the rod holder or accessory, pushing the post straight down into the mount.
