Best for Sit-In-Side kayaks, with nuts inside the cockpit the cockpit, screw heads outside. Use Oversize Weell-Nuts for Sit-On-Top kayaks. Typically used with 1/4-20 stainless steel hardware. These Recreational Footbraces are designed to be maintenance free with tremendous strength. Low profile pedal that does not stick up high. Mounts easily in most boats. 15 5/8 inches in total length. Screw holes are 14 1/2 inches on center. This footbrace system is best used for kit kayaks, to replace old worn-out footbraces, and for kayaks that have never had them.
